Business Operations

Our Business Operations team look after much of the commercial operations of the club, working with partners and customers to develop and deliver commercial areas of the business, primarily focusing on through identification and delivery of commercial opportunities, the development of new products, developing and maintaining existing commercial relationships.

They also deal with front line customer service on a day to day business through our Supporter Services, Ticketing and Match Day Hospitality Teams.

Roles in the Business Operations teams can be really varied and they are vital in the delivery of not only revenue streams but long term relationship management and delivering a brilliant customer service experience.

Typical roles in the Business Operations team include Matchday Hospitality Coordinators and Executives, Business and Commercial Development roles, Marketing and Design, Tour Guides and Ticketing Assistants.
