About the role
We’re looking for a Deputy Safety Officer, where you will be responsible for the safe planning and delivery of match and special event operations.
You will manage and organise the match and event stewarding operation, including preparing the operational order, briefing staff, deploying resource and debriefing the operation. You will manage all aspects of spectator complaints, including carrying out any investigations.
Your impact
You will be an experienced spectator safety officer, with relevant operational experience. You will have a NVQ Level 4 in Spectator Safety Management or working towards this.
About the team
You will work for our Head of Safety and Security and work alongside another Deputy Safety Officer, Security Coordinator, Steward Coordinator and our Safety and Security Administrator.
