About the role

This is an exciting secondment opportunity for an internal colleague to support our CEO / Executive Team for up to 6 months on a secondment basis. You will be responsible for providing an effective and professional administrative support, dealing with complex and highly confidential requests, particularly around diary management and internal / external communications.

Acting as an ambassador for our brand and values, you will play a key role in ensuring all relevant queries are handled with a strong customer focus and diplomacy. You will have great communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable dealing with very senior stakeholders.

You will also support our CEO / Executive Team in preparing presentation materials, paperwork and event management for executive meetings - including meeting requirements and other associated activities. Therefore, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.

Your impact

You will possess significant experience of working with, and supporting, senior stakeholders in a similar role in a pro-active and diplomatic way.  Attention to detail is critical as you will have responsibility for significant international diary management including co-ordination of key Executive meeting agendas and liaison with relevant stakeholders on Board matters.

English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at C or above are essential as are A level qualifications (or comparable qualification / experience). A formal qualification in a related discipline is desirable, as is experience providing Executive Assistant support in an elite sporting environment, but this is not essential.
