This is an exciting time at Newcastle United and we are looking for talented individuals to help us on our journey. To help us deliver on our ambitious plans we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Retail Operations to support our exciting retail plans.
Joining a busy and friendly team, you will be an experienced retail professional with significant experience of retail operations, preferably within the sports, entertainment or retail sectors, covering both stores and ecommerce sectors.
You will lead the team managing and operating Newcastle United’s flagship store at St James Park and you will be tasked with overseeing and enhancing all aspects of Newcastle United's multichannel retail operations ensuring an excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
You will have excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable leading, managing and developing teams in what is an exciting period for the club.
A strong track record of retail operations is essential, ideally across both stores and ecommerce sectors as is a knowledge of retail best practices and current trends within the industry.
