About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead key HR initiatives and complex case load, overseeing the compliance and pro-active management of employee relations issues across the Club and acting as a mentor to the wider team.
Leading various initiatives such as compliance, employee wellbeing, engagement and retention and working closely with the Head of HR to deliver a people manager upskill programme, this role will be critical in the ongoing transformation of our Club wide people offering.
Overseeing all ER casework to ensure consistency and fairness of approach this role will act as a sounding board and mentor for the wider HR Team, providing insights with the Head of HR on a regular basis.
In collaboration with the Head of HR, this role will also have responsibility for the development and implementation of a Club wide, supportive mediation strategy.
Your impact
You will have significant experience as an HR business partnering and be comfortable managing complex ER cases to a positive resolution, mitigating risk and with a strong focus on employee wellbeing. As such, and in-depth knowledge of employment law / compliance and its practical application is critical.
You will be comfortable making decisions flexible, risk based decisions you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver people centric organisational change.
CIPD Level 7 and formal mediation training would be advantageous but not essential.

First stage Teams interviews will take place on Friday 20th December 2024. Final, in person, interviews are expected to take place on 14th January 2025.
