About the role
We’re looking for an individual to work with the Commercial Venue Director to support commercial venue logistics, planning, reporting and overall alignment between the venue verticals.
You will also act as the commercial venue central point of contact for any third party stakeholders for non football events at St. James’ Park, managing commercial venue contractual delivery and internal event timelines/deliverables, ensuring clear communication, resolving challenges, and maintaining strong working relationships.
Your impact
You will have proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and the ability to work effectively under pressure to ensure all deliverables are achieved within specified timelines.
A degree in a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent industry experience is essential as well as having enhanced skill in analysing data, project management and developing effective solutions, as well as the ability to deliver expert analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
About the team
You will report to our Commercial Venue Director and will work closely with the ticketing, sales development, hospitality operations, supporter services, stadium tours and commercial venue development teams to deliver business goals.
