Casual - To work match days and events, which will include weekends/ evenings/ bank holidays.

£12 per hour

Joining a busy and friendly team, you will provide excellent customer service, serving food and drink in a polite, courteous and helpful manner whilst ensuring orders and   transactions are accurate at all times.

You will have strong communication skills to build rapport with our customers and ensure their needs are met. You will have experience within a busy bar/hospitality environment and the ability to work well in a team.

 Your day to day 

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Ensure that the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organised.
  •  Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Successful applicants must be able to commit to working all home match days.

About you 

  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
