About the role
We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our newly formed eCommerce team where you will drive the online growth. Your focus will be on site optimisation, maximising conversion rates, sales, profitability and managing the day-to-day activities of the Newcastle United's online store.
You will manage product launches, key campaigns, promotional plans and managing limited edition produce launches.
Your impact
You will have skills and experience working within web, digital or eCommerce roles, with experience of Shopify/Shopify plus. You will have knowledge of web content management systems with excellent attention to detail and the capability to work under high pressure situations.
You’ll be a real self-starter with the experience of managing and developing a team and third-party agencies.
About the team
You will work in our newly formed eCommerce team who are part of the wider Retail and Licensing team and will work for our Head of Ecommerce. You will work closely with our Buying and Merchandising and Store teams.
