About the role
Newcastle United Women are looking for a dedicated Laundry Assistant to ensure our First Team and Academy players have kit prepared to the highest standards. This is a vital role in supporting player comfort and hygiene, helping us maintain excellence on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Launder all training and match kits for Newcastle United Women First Team and Academy.
- Keep the laundry room clean, tidy, and organised.
- Sort, fold, and pack kits for the relevant departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Transport laundry between sites when required.
- Clean and maintain washing and drying machines.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as needed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Your impact
- Good time management skills.
- Previous experience in laundry operations.
- Training or certification in laundering (e.g., TRSA Hygienically Clean).
