Assist the Chef with preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard set by management, in order to enhance the overall customer experience. Adhere to food hygiene regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Supporting with general bar responsibilities including receiving deliveries, glass collecting and supporting with the matchday food cart.
You will have strong communication skills to build rapport with our customers and ensure their needs are met. You will have experience within a busy kitchen/hospitality environment and the ability to work well in a team.
Your day to day
- Support the chef to achieve appealing plate presentation with accurate portion sizes, following specification sheets for consistency.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on all tasks, including preparation work, dishwashing, labelling and kitchen closing procedures.
- Maintain kitchen compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations.
