About the role

 

Working as part of our People and Talent leadership team, you will lead and progress strategic People & Talent and business projects.  You will drive continuous improvement and positive organisational change, ensuring consistency with the People & Talent strategy. 

You will be a naturally collaborative person, who has strong influencing skills and be exceptionally organised, completing priorities at pace. You will be comfortable operating in a highly evolving and complex environment whilst achieving results. You will also have experience contributing to policy development, job evaluation and job evaluation systems. 

 

Your impact

 

You will have a degree level qualification in HR, or a related discipline or significant equivalent industry standard experience. It is desirable if you have a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, but this isn’t a deal breaker.
