About the role

We’re looking for a highly visible and approachable Supporter Liaison Officer to act as the first point of contact for our fans on matchdays. Your main focus will be to enhance and develop the matchday experience for supporters at St James’ Park and selected away games. You’ll work closely with Supporter Services, Box Office, Facilities, Venue Operations, and key external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional fan engagement.

Your impact

In this role, you will manage and execute matchday requirements, engaging with fans to deliver an outstanding experience. You’ll support the Fan Engagement Manager in implementing the Fan Engagement Plan, build strong relationships with fan groups, and ensure Premier League SLO obligations are met. Your ability to gather feedback, communicate effectively, and resolve issues with professionalism will be key to improving the supporter experience. You’ll also maintain accurate supporter data, attend planning meetings, and represent the Newcastle United brand in a positive and professional manner.

About the team

You will work within the Supporter Services team, reporting into the Fan Engagement Manager while collaborating with colleagues across the Club and external partners to create a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all fans.

Location

This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Flexibility to work home matchdays, selected away matches, weekends, and bank holidays is essential.
