About the role
Are you passionate about people and looking to kickstart your career in HR? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our People & Talent team as a People Services Apprentice. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR and Payroll activities, supporting the smooth running of our People Services function while working towards a Level 3 CIPD Apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
This is a developmental role designed to give you exposure to the full employee lifecycle—from supporting the People Services Administrators in onboarding and compliance, to systems and reporting. You’ll support the People Services Administrators in pre-employment checks, contracts, system updates, and data reporting, all while learning the foundations of a successful career in HR. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn will make a real difference in how we support our people.
About the team
You will work as part of the People Services, Payroll & Reward team, whilst also working with the wider People & Talent team - a collaborative and forward-thinking department committed to delivering excellent service across the Club. We’re passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace and helping our people thrive.
