About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join our Resourcing team. As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will lead the full recruitment and planning cycle for designated business areas, acting as the subject matter expert. This includes providing pre-screening, sifting activities and supporting with assessment centres and interviews.

You will deliver an exceptional service to our Hiring Managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient people journey for all stakeholders.

Your impact

Proven experience working within a Resourcing / People and Talent environment is essential, as well as having experience of implementing and managing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines with attention to detail.

Experience of in-house resourcing and an innovative approach to recruiting to hard to fill roles are essential.

About the team

Reporting to our Head of Resourcing, you will join our friendly Resourcing Team which is part of the wider People and Talent Team.

Location

This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an expectation of working 3 days per week from the office. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
