About the role
Ownership of ticketing, tours, and hospitality products (including set up) and customer experience on our sales/ticketing system
What you’ll do
* Maintain and improve an efficient and productive booking system across ticketing, hospitality and tours departments.
* Proactively streamline and develop processes to improve customer experience.
* Manage how customer data is collected across all sales channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency and GDPR compliance.
* Carry out data cleansing and monitoring.
* Produce regular reporting to support ticketing, tours, hospitality and marketing teams.
* Use data segmentation to develop tailored customer journeys.
* Demonstrate interest in how data supports business decision‑making.
* Capture customer information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
* Support the ticket office with customer sales during busy periods.
* Carry out duties as defined by your manager based on the changing needs of the business.
* Any other reasonable duties.
